If your vehicle requires towing, our tow facility (AC Towing and Recovery) offers 24 hour towing. Their phone is (518) 470-0343. They can assist you in bringing the vehicle to our repair facility.

Absolutely! Choosing a repair facility can be a daunting task, and the quality of the repair can vary greatly between different repair facilities. The Quality of the repairs will be dependent on several things!

  • The skill level and attention to detail of the technician
  • The quality  and type of repair equipment and tools used
  • The quality of the parts, materials and paints used in the process
  • The overall management and quality control of the repair process

We have made substantial investments in these areas to provide you with the best quality repair.

YES. We repair all makes and models.

When a repair facility has been certified by the manufacturer, it means, that facility has made substantial investments in all of the required equipment, staff training and process development to properly repair your vehicle to the manufacturer’s original standards.

 

Yes, it does, a certified facility also goes through a rigorous auditing process to confirm they are consistently adhering to those standards.

Unfortunately, no. Currently only about 4-5% of repair shops and new car dealers in the country are certified for collision repairs by the manufacturer.

No. You have the legal right to have your vehicle repaired by the shop of your choice. Some insurance companies own their own shops while other have contracts with repair shops that offer incentives for work referrals. in our facility, we work as your advocate, working with all insurance companies to ensure you are receiving the best quality repairs in a timely manner.

Yes. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all repairs as a long as you own your vehicle.

Yes. We prefer to use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for all repairs, and we will also do everything in our power to do so. Your insurance policy may only pay for aftermarket, recycled or remanufactured parts. If you have any questions please feel free to discuss your policy with one of our estimators.

Our goal is to provide you with an efficient, high quality, on-time repair. The exact repair time of your vehicle, however, is dependent on some things that may be outside of our control.

  • Availability of parts
  • Responsiveness of the insurance company
  • Supplemental or additional hidden damages found after disassembly of the vehicle

Once your vehicle is in the shop and has gone through our meticulous blueprint and disassembly, our staff will be able to provide you with an accurate amount of time that your vehicle will be in our repair facility.

Yes. We will work with your insurance company to provide you with a rental. Whether your insurance company will pay for rental coverage depends on your policy. Sometimes even “Full” coverage may not include rental coverage. Contact your insurance carrier or agent if you are not certain that you have rental coverage.

Yes. We offer a full line of cosmetic repair processes, from hail and storm damage to minor ding and scratch repair as well as exterior reconditioning.
