What Is Paintless Dent Repair?
Paintless Dent Repair is a specialized and meticulous process for returning dents to their original shape without having to paint any part of the vehicle.
The main process for PDR requires the technician to push and massage each dent in a very technical and precise manner. To do this, each dent is worked back to its original shape using different metal rods varying in size and shape. The dents are worked from the underside of the metal using access points on each panel. It is a very specialized and meticulous process that requires the finished metal to look like it came from the original factory.

We use the latest, state of the art Accudraft Titans, heated, downdraft spray paint booths for the best car paint repair finishes available. These units have a 1.5 million BTU heater to achieve accurate and steady temperatures in any conditions. The Accudraft Titans were designed to meet the high demands of air flow required to utilize waterborne coatings. Being able to paint in an environment this controlled, is critical when it comes to matching the finishes on today’s vehicles.
Color-Matching Your Car Paint
Today’s new cars have some of the most complex paint colors and finishes. To assist our factory certified technicians, we utilize Axalta’s most technologically advanced paint systems and equipment. Colors are matched using our in-house Axalta camera that identifies each unique color to produce an accurate finish. All our paint is mixed using Axalta touch mix computerized mixing and measuring system. This system uses the formula provided by our color camera and produces the exact color match for your vehicle.

A post-repair inspection is an evaluation performed by a qualified third-party, in which they examine the quality of the repairs that have been performed after a car accident. The inspector will check that all manufacturer guidelines were followed to ensure that the vehicle will perform as it was intended and that it has been restored to pre-accident safety standards.
